Inner Alchemy was born from my own spiritual journey, and it’s where I share insights and messages from the in-between and my higher self. I enjoy meditation, deep conversations, candle lighting, and setting intentions. After busy days with my kiddos, I like to unwind with nostalgic early 2000s shows and some good chocolate.
